Check-in at the flat possible from 3 p.m. check-out at the latest 11 a.m (leaving the flat). Nevertheless we may come to an agreement changing the time if necessary.
Yes the basement car park is secured and included with the renting price.
Yes sheets and towels are provided.
Housekeeping expenses are obligatory for every renting (by checking – checkout 60€).
See to care of the flat for the well being of all.
Yes, we will give you an invoice by e-mail at the end of your stay if you request so.
No refund will be made in case of cancellation 7 days before your arrival in the apartment.
We love so much animals but for hygien reasons, animals are not allowed in the flat.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments.
