The heart shaped, glossy, green leaves emerge in spring and turn yellow in autumn. Many dense clusters of tiny, rose to magenta flowers appear on bare branches before the leaves and spectacularly cover the whole bush. Flowers are followed by bean like brown seedpods. Not very durable
It took my dog less than 5 minutes to chew off one side of handle. The rest of the ball seems to be durable with him chewing and playing with it. Very disappointing since wanted to use the handle for tug a war with dog.
