Better than anticipated! Loved the size, the ease with which it was put up, and the height! Not a fan of how the "room divider" divides, but it works. Did not get to test the water resistance, luckily, but it does seem like a good, sturdy tent that is easy to put up, even with three 7 year old boys running around the camp site.
